होली का महीनो चलने वाला चटपटा मजेदार स्नैक्स जो आपको बहुत पसंद आने वाला है Besan Ki Papdi Mathri

INGREDIENTS
Besan/Gram Flour – 450 gms
Salt -1 tsp
Carom Seeds – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Oil – 2 tbsp
Water as required
Oil for deep fry

  • To make besan papdi.
  • Take a mixing bowl.
  • Add Besan/Gram Flour,salt,carom seeds,red chilli powder,pepper powder,chaat masala,kasuri methi,asafoetida,oil and mix well.
  • Holds shape oil is perfect.
  • Add water little by little and prepare tight dough.
  • Close lid & Let it set for 5 mins.
  • After 5mins.
  • Check dough and diveide into 2 parts.
  • Grease platform with oil.
  • Take 1 part of dough and roll it.
  • Take any cap or cutter and make impressions.
  • Remove excess dough.
  • Transfer it on to a plate.
  • Add oil in kadhai and heat on low medium flame.
  • Add prepare papdi and fry on medium flame.
  • Rotate and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
  • After golden crips take out on a plate and let it cool completely.
  • After completely cool store in air tight container.
  • Besan Papdi is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
