Ingredients of Besan Papdi Recipe 

  • Besan(Gram flour) – 450 grams 
  • salt – 1 tsp 
  • Carom seeds – 1 tsp 
  • red chilli powder – 1 tsp 
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • chaat masala – 1 tsp 
  • Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp 
  • asafoetida – 2 pinches
  • Oil – 2 tbsp 
  • Oil for Frying

Materials

  • 450 grams Besan(Gram flour) 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
  • 2 pinches asafoetida 
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • Oil for Frying 

Instructions

  • To make amazing and crispy besan Papdi take a bowl and add 450 grams of besan.
  • Now add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tbsp of Kasuri methi.
  • Now add two pinch asafoetida, 2 tbsp of oil, and mix everything well.
  • Now, little by little, add water and prepare a tight dough.
  • Now, divide the dough into two parts and keep them covered.
  • Now, take one part of the dough and roll it with the help of a roller to medium thickness.
  • Now, cut it with the help of a cookie cutter and remove the excess dough.
  • Now prepare Papdi with the remaining dough.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add oil, and heat well.
  • Now, one by one, add besan Papdi into the pan and fry well until golden and crisp.
  •  After Besan Papdi turn golden and crisp, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • Now your Crispy and testy Besan Papdi is ready, and you can enjoy it.

Besan Papdi Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make amazing and crispy besan Papdi take a bowl and add 450 grams of besan.
