  • Green Chillies – 6
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp

Materials

  • 2 cup Cabbage 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 
  • 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour 
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour 
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic 
  • 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 6 Green Chillies
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Pepper Powder 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce 
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 4 tbsp Water 
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour 

Instructions

  •  To make Veg Manchurian, first take a cabbage and grate it with the help of a greater.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt as per taste, 2 tsp red chili, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and mix everything with the help of your hands.
  • After mixing everything well, add 3 – 4 tbsp all-purpose flour and 3 – 4 tbsp cornflour and mix everything well.
  • Now put a pan on the gas and add oil for deep fry and heat oil on medium-high flame.
  • Now make small balls from the mix and fry them slowly on medium flame in a pan.
  •  You have to fry balls light golden for the first time.
  •  After the balls are light fry, take them out on a plate and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  •  Once again heat the oil well on a high flame once the oil becomes hot turn the flame on medium again.
  • Now once again put all the balls in the oil and fry them for 10 seconds.
  • After 10 seconds, take them out on a plate.
  • Manchurian Balls are ready and now we will make Cabbage Veg Manchurian.
  • Now take a pan and put it on the gas at medium-high flame.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of oil to a pan and heat it well.
  • Now add garlic, ginger, finely chopped green chilies, and fry for 20 seconds.
  • After 20 seconds, add onion, and fry it lightly.
  • Now slit green chilies and cook.
  • After 1 minute add capsicum to it.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, spring onion greens, and mix everything well.
  • Now add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, and mix everything well.
  •  When everything is cooked well then add 4 tbsp water to it and mix everything well.
  •  Now take 1 tbsp cornflour in a bowl and make a solution by adding 3 tbsp water to it.
  • Now add the Corn Flour solution slowly in the pan and mix everything well.
  • Now put all the Manchurian balls in the pan and toss them well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • The veg Manchurian is ready and now you can garnishes it with spring onion greens.
  • Now you can enjoy Veg Manchurian right now.

How to Make Veg Manchurian – Step by Step

1 – To make Veg Manchurian, first take a cabbage and grate it with the help of a grater.

2 – Now into cabbage, add 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt as per taste, 2 tsp red chili, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and mix everything with the help of your hands.
3 – After mixing everything well, add 3-4 tbsp all-purpose flour and 3-4 tbsp cornflour and mix everything well.

4 – Now, place a pan on the flame, add oil for deep fry, and heat oil on medium-high flame.

5 – Now, one by one, prepare balls with cabbage mix, add them into hot oil, and fry well until they turn golden and crisp.
