  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
  • Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Bread Crumb – 1/2 cup
  • Corn Starch – 4 tbsp.
  • Finely Chopped
  • Coriander Oil for deep fry

Materials

  • 8 Boiled Potato
  • 1/2 tbsp. Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp. Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumb
  • 4 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • Finely Chopped
  • Coriander Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  • To make Potato sticks, first take 8 boiled & peeled potatoes and make sure that potatoes are cool.
  • Now grate all Potato with the help of a grater.
  • Now, into grated Potato, add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of mixed herbs, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  • Now add salt as per taste, 2 tbsp of processed cheese, 1/2 cup of bread crumb.
  • Now add 4 tbsp of cornflour, finely chopped coriander, mix everything well(add bread crumbs if required), and prepare a dough.
  • Now, take a portion of dough and roll it to medium thickness.
  • Now with cut the edges to prepare a rectangle with the help of a knife or pizza cutter.
  • Now, cut it into small strips.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, one by one, add potato strips into the pan and fry well.
  • After some time, flip and fry on all sides until crisp and golden.
  • After Potato sticks turn golden and crips, take them to a plate and fry the next batch.
