- 250 Gms Cashew Nut/Kaju
- 200 gms Sugar Powder
- Silver leaf/Silver vark
Instructions

- Now rub and Wash Kaju 3-4 times and soak in water for 2 Hours.
- Now remove all water from taking Kaju into the grinding jar and make a fine paste.
- Now take a heavy base Pan and put it on a platform, Now take out all paste into the In to Pan.
- Now add 200 gms of Sugar Powder into the pan and mix well.
- Now put the pan on the gas and cook on low flame and continuously stirring.
- Now after it Become thick then check its consistency for this take a small piece of mix and make a ball if this not stick on your hand then it this cooked perfectly then turn off the flame.
- Now take a plastic sheet and grease it with ghee and take all mix out on it.
- Now spread it and let it cool down.
- Now knead well until it becomes soft.
- Now spread it with help of a roller.
- Now give a Box shape and add silver vark on it.
- Now cut it Like the Following image.
