In this post, I am going to share an easy and simple recipe to make Suji Cake at Home with very few ingredients.
So without wasting any time let’s start this recipe.

Cake Recipe without Oven | How to make Cake at Home | Easy Suji Cake Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Sooji/Semolina
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Curd
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 3 tbsp Tutti Frutti
- 1 sachet Eno Fruit Salt
Instructions
- To make Suji Cake first take 1 cup of suji.
- Now take a grinding jar and add suji and 3/4 cup of sugar to it and grind little and make a coarse powder.
- Now take a bow and add 1 cup of curd and whisk it with a whisker.
- Now into curd add 1/4 cup of smell-less oil and add 1 pinch of salt and mix everything well.
- Now add prepared suji mix in batches and mix well.
- Now cover it and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now take a kadhai and place it on flame and place a stand or bowl to it.
- Now close the lid on the kadhai and preheat for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Now take a cake tin and grease it with oil and place parchment paper on it and grease it also.
- After 15 minutes check the batter and if consistency is thick then add 2 tbsp of milk and mix well and adjust consistency.
- Now into Cake batter add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and mix well.
- Now take 3 tbsp of tutti frutti and coat it with all-purpose flour.
- Now add coated tutti frutti into the cake batter and mix well.
- Now add 1 sachet of Eno fruit salt and add 1 tsp of milk to activate it and mix well gently.
- Now take cake tin and add some tutti frutti on the surface of it.
- Now transfer Cake Batter into the cake tin and spread well.
- Now add some tutti frutti on top of the batter.
- Now place the cake tin in the preheated kadhai.
- Now close the lid and cook for 35 – 40 minutes on medium flame.
- Now check after 30 minutes and check with a toothpick and if the toothpick is not clean then cook for 5 minutes more.
- After the cake cooked perfectly take out the cake tin from the kadhai and let it co
- Now demould the cake and remove the butter paper.
- Now your Suji cake is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
