  •  Water – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 1/2 litre
  • Ripped Mango – 1
  • Sugar – 5 Tbsp
  • Milk Powder – 4 Tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Pistachio for garnishing

In this post, I am going to share a very easy recipe to make Mango Milk cake at Home with very few Ingredients.

Materials

  • 2 tbsp Water 
  • 1/2 liter Milk 
  • 1 Ripped Mango
  • 5 tbsp Sugar 
  • 4 tbsp Milk Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Chopped Pistachio for garnishing

Instructions

  • To make Mango Milk Cake first place a pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of water and rotate.
  • Now add 1/2 litre of milk and boil milk on high flame until the milk gets 2 boils.
  • While Milk is boiling take one ripped mango and peel it and cut it into small pieces.
  • Now take a grinding jar and add mango pieces to it and grind well and make a fine puree.
  • After a boil scrapes sides and mix milk into milk and boil until the milk gets 2 boils.
  • After milk gets 2 boils add prepared mango puree to it and mix well with a spoon or whisker.
  • Now turn the flame to medium-high and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until thick.
  •  Now add 5 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
  • While cooking cake mix takes a cake tin and greases it with ghee and place butter paper on it.
  • Now add some chopped pistachio to the tin Surface.
  • Now turn the flame to low and add 4 tbsp of milk powder in batches and mix well and cook until its starts leaving the pan.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
  • After the mix starts leaving the pan turn off the flame and transfer it into the greased cake tin and spread well.
  • Now keep the cake tin in the fridge for 1/3 hour and let it set.
  •  After 1/2 hour take out the cake tin from the fridge and transfer it to a plate.
  • Now cut it into small pieces and garnish its saffron strands.
  •  Now your Mango milk cake is completely ready and you can enjoy it.

14 – Now keep the cake tin in the fridge for 1/3 hour and let it set.
15 – After 1/2 hour take out cake tin from the fridge and transfer it to a plate.
16 – Now cut it into small pieces and garnish its saffron strands.
