  • 2 packs Chocolate Biscuit
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 1 cup Milk 
  • 1 tbsp Oil 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 4 drop Red food color
  • 1 pack Eno Fruit Salt

Instructions

  •  To make Red Velvet cakes, first of all, take 3 Packets of Parle-G Biscuits and 2 Packets of Chocolate biscuits.
  • Now break all BiscuiNow all Biscuits in a grinding jar make a fine powder.ts into small pieces.

  • Now put a lid on the pan and preheat it for 5 Minutes.
  •  Now take 6 Steal Bowl and grease them with oil on all sides.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of sugar powder in biscuit powder.
  • Now add 1 cup of milk in batches and prepare a ribbon consistency batter.
  • Now in the batter, add 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, and mix everything well.
  • Now add 4 drops of red food color and mix well.
  • Now add 1 pack of ENO fruit salt and add some drops of milk and mix well in one direction.
  • Now fill 3/4th of all bowl with batter and place all bowl on a plate.
  • Now add the plate to the pan and put the lid on the pan.
  • Now bake on low flame for 25 to 35 minutes.
  • Now after 25-minute check the cake with a toothpick (If they are not baked perfectly then cook more for some time).
  • After baking all red velvet cake take them out on a platform and let them cook.
  •  Now de-mould all cake from bowl.
  • To garnishing our cake decorate the, with buttercream icing on all cake.
  • Now your Red velvet cake is completely ready and you can enjoy them.
