Cake recipes are prepared in microwave or in pressure cooker but buying a oven can be a huge investment and and more importantly indian cooking generally does not involve baking process. Choco chips is used for preparing this cake.It is made in Idli moulds which is very easy to use. This Chocolava Idli Cake recipe is very easy to make.It is very tasty & mouth watering.
चॉको लावा केक अब इडली स्टैंड में बनाए बिना अंडा-ओवन सिर्फ घर के सामानसे Eggless Choco Lava Idli Cake
Choco chips – 1 cup
Hot Milk- 4 tbsp
All Purpose flour – 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar Powder – 1 cup
Cocoa Powder – 1/3 cup(3 tbsp)
Salt – 1 pinch
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
- To make Chocolava Idli Cake
- To make chocolava take a bowl.
- Add Choco chips & Hot Milk.
- Mix well & let it melt.
- Keep the mixture in fridge for 10 mins.
- To make Cake base take a bowl & Place Seive over it.
- Add All Purpose flour into strainer & Sugar Powder,Cocoa Powder,Salt,Baking Powder,Baking Soda.
- Seive the mixture well.
- Mix well.
- Take a idly steamer/kadhai/cooker.
- Add salt in base and spread.
- Pre heat it for 5-6 mins.
- Grease idly moulds with oil.
- Take prepared pre mix.
- Add oil,White vinegar,Vanilla Essence,Water.
- Add water in batches and mix in cut and fold method.
- Prepare a ribbon consistency batter.
- Take the prepared lava out of fridge
- Take 1 tbsp mix and fill in the moulds.
- Add 1 tsp of prepared lava.
- Add batter on top to cover lava.
- Place prepared idly moulds in the idly cooker.
- Close lid and bake for 10-15 mins on low flame.
- Check after 15 mins.
- Check with tooth pick or knife if its clean cake is cooked prefectly.
- De mould the idly cakes.
- Chocolava Idly Cakes are ready to serve.Enjoy!!!
