So in this post, I am going to share an easy and simple recipe to make Sugar Free Immunity so this will help you to increase your Immunity and make You able to fight with Covid Virus.

So without wasting any time let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients of Sugar-Free Immunity Booster Laddu 

  • Badam – 1/4 cup
  • Cinnamon Stick – 3
  • Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Ragi Flour – 2 cups
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Desiccated Coconut – 4 tbsp
  • Dates – 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp

Materials

  • 1/4 tbsp Badam 
  • 3 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 cup Oats 
  • 2 cups Ragi Flour 
  • 2 tbsp Ghee 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder 
  • 4 tbsp Desiccated Coconut 
  • 1 cup Dates 
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder 

Instructions

  • To make Sugar Free Immunity Booster Laddu place a pan on low flame.
  • Now add 1/4 cup of Almonds, 3 Cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds, and roast a little on low flame.
  • Now add 1 cup of Oats and roast well on low flame.
  • Now turn off the flame and transfer everything to a plate and let it cool.
  • Now transfer everything to a grinding jar and make a coarse powder.
  • Neep keep it aside.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of ghee to it and melt.
  • After Ghee Melt adds 1/2 tsp of Pepper Powder and mix well and cook a little and add 2 cups of Ragi and Grind Coarse Powder.
  • Now roast mix and roast everything with ghee for 4 to 5 minutes.
  •  After roasting some time add 4 tbsp of desiccated coconut and mix well.
  • Now turn off the flame and stir continuously until the pan is hot.
  • Now take a grinding jar and add 1 cup of Seedless Dates and 2 tbsp of water and grind well and make a fine paste.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add all dates paste and little water to it.
  •  Now cook it until it turns shiny and starts leaving the pan.
  • After its starts leaving the pan then turn off the flame and place the pan on a platform.
  • Now add prepared Ragi Mixture, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
  •  while the mix is a little hot prepare the small laddu from it.
  •  Now Coat Prepared laddu with desiccated coconut.
  •  Now your Delicious Sugar-Free Laddu is Ready and you can enjoy them.
