  • Gram flour/Besan – 1 cup (120gms)
  • Wheat flour – 1 cup (120gms)
  • Ghee – 1/2 cup (7 tbsp)
  • Chopped Almonds – 10 pcs
  • Chopped Cashew nuts – 10 pcs
  • Melon Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar Powder – 1.5 cups
  • Khus-khus/Poppy Seeds

Materials

  • 1 cup Gram flour/Besan
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 10 pcs Chopped Almonds
  • 10 pcs Chopped Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Melon Seeds
  • 1.5 cups Sugar Powder
  • Khus-khus/Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  • To make Atta Besan Ladoo first, take 1 cup of gram flour and 1 cup of wheat flour.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add 1/2 cup of ghee, and heat well.
  • Now, one by one, add 10 chopped almonds, 10 chopped cashew, 2 tbsp of muskmelon seeds, and roast well separately.
  • After everything roasted well, transfer them to a plate and keep the plate aside.
  •  Now into pan add gram flour, wheat flour and mix well and roast until it turns golden and stirs continuously.
  •  After the mix starts releasing the ghee, turn off the flame and transfer the mix to the bowl and let it cool.
  • When the mix is a little cool, add roasted dry fruits, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 1/5 cup of sugar powder.
  • Now mix everything well.
  • Now, take a small portion of the mix and prepare a Ladoo.
  • Now coat the laddu with poppy seeds and remove the excess poppy seeds.
  • Now, one by one, prepare Ladoo from the remaining mix and coat with poppy seeds.
  • Now your Perfect Atta Besan Ladoo is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
