You Have eaten Motichoor Laddu much time but you have ever try Sabudana Laddu its Looks similar to Motichoor laddu and tastes also very amazing and if you want to try it at your home then must read this post.

In this post, I am going to share an easy and simple recipe to make Sabudana Laddu at Home.

So without wasting any time let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients of Sabudana Laddu Recipe 

  • Sabudana /Tapioca – 250 gms
  • Ghee – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Chopped Cashew nuts- 2 tbsp
  • Red Food Color – 2 pinch
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp

In this post, I am going to share an easy and simple recipe to make Sabudana Laddu at Home.

Materials

  • 250 grams Sabudana /Tapioca
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee 
  • 1 cup Sugar 
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cashew nuts
  • 2 pinch Red Food Color
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  • To make Sabudana Laddu first take 250 Grams of Small Sabudana/Topica.
  • Now wash and soak Sabudana in water for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Now strain to remove excess water.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add 1/2 tbsp of ghee to it and heat.
  • Now add 10 chopped cashew nuts and fry well for 1 minute.
  • Now transfer Cashew Nuts to a plate and keep them aside.
  • Now to the same pan add Sabudana and roast on low flame until it turns transparent.
  • After Sabudana tunes Transparent then add 1 cup of sugar and mix well on low flame.
  • Now add 2 pinch red food colors and mix well.
  • Now add 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of ghee and mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  •  Now add roasted cashew nuts and mix well.
  • Now turn off the flame and let the mix cool.
  •  Now take a small part of Mix and prepare a small laddu from it.
  • If you want to Make Sabudana Barfi then take a tray and grease it with oil or ghee.
  • Now transfer Mix to the tray and spread well and Let it set then you can cur it into small pieces.
  • Now your Sabudhana Laddu is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
