Materials

  • 250 gms Raw Peanuts 
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Caster Sugar/ Sugar powder

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Peanut Ladoo, place a pan on flame, add 250 grams of peanut to it and roast well.
  • After peanuts turn golden, turn off the flame and cool it a little.
  • Now transfer the roasted peanuts to a cloth, rub and remove the peel.
  • Now strain the peel with the help of a strainer.
  • Now add peanuts into a grinding jar, grind on the pulse and make a powder.
  • Now, again, place a pan on flame, add 1/2 cup of condensed milk, peanuts powder, and mix well.
  • After mixing the peanut powder, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well and cook on low flame until it turns thick.
  • After the mix turns thick & leaves the pan, turn off the flame, transfer the mix to a plate, and let it cool.
  • Now, take a small portion of Ladoo mix and prepare a round Ladoo with it.
  • Now coat the prepared Laddo with the caster sugar.
  • Now, one by one, prepare Ladoo with the remaining mix and coat them with caster sugar.
  • Now your Perfect Peanut Ladoo is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
