  • Ghee – 250 gms

  • Cashew Nuts – 25 gms
  • Almonds – 25 gms
  • Raisins – 2 tbsp
  • Lotus seeds – 4 tbsp
  • Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Wheat Flour – 200 gms
  • Gud/Jaggery – 350 gms
  • Water – 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

Materials

  • 250 grams Ghee 
  • 100 grams Gond/Edible Gum/Dink
  • 25 grams Cashew Nuts 
  • 25 grams Almonds 
  • 2 tbsp Raisins 
  • 4 tbsp Lotus seeds 
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut 
  • 200 gms Wheat Flour
  • 300 gms Gud/Jaggery 
  • 2 tbsp Water 
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder 

Instructions

  • To make Perfect Gond Ke Laddu, place a heavy-based pan on flame, and add 2 tbsp of ghee to it and melt.
  • After ghee melts little by little, add 100 grams of Gond/Edible Gum/Dinkh and stir continuedly and fry until golden.
  • After Gond turns golden, transfer it to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • Now into the pan, add cashew and almonds, and fry well on low flame until golden.
  • Now, take out almonds and cashew into a plate.
  • Now, add raisins into the pan and fry well.
  • Now transfer the raising into a pan.
  • Now, into the pan, add lotus seeds and fry well until golden and crisp.
  • Now, transfer the lotus seeds into the plate
  •  Now, first clean the pan, add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut, and dry roast until golden on low flame.
  • Now, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate.
  • Now, after Gond turns cool, crush it lightly.

  • Now, take a grinding Jae, add cashew and almonds into it, grind on the pulse, and make a coarse powder.
  •  Now transfer the powder to the plate.
  •  Now, into the jar, add crushed Lotus seeds and grind well and make a coarse powder.
  • Now, transfer the powder to the plate.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of ghee to it and melt well.
  • Now add 200 grams wheat flour and mix well and roast on low flame for 7-8 minutes until golden.
  • After flour turns golden, turn off the flame transfer it to a plate.
  • Now, place the pan on flame again and add 350 grams of crushed jaggery, 1 tbsp of ghee, 2 tbsp of water, and melt the jaggery well.
  • After jaggery starts boiling, turn off the flame, add roasted wheat flour, dry fruits, and mix well and stir continuously.
  • Now add crushed Gond, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, 1 tbsp of ghee, and mix well on-off flame.
  • After the mix is a little cool, take part in the mixture and prepare a laddu.
  • Now, prepare Laddu from the remaining mix.
  • Now your Gond Laddu is entirely ready, and you can enjoy them.

20 – Now, place the pan on flame again and add 350 grams of crushed jaggery, 1 tbsp of ghee, 2 tbsp of water, and melt the jaggery well.

21 – After jaggery starts boiling, turn off the flame, add roasted wheat flour, dry fruits, and mix well and stir continuously.
22 – Now add crushed Gond, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, 1 tbsp of ghee, and mix well on-off flame.

23 – After the mix is a little cool, take part in the mixture and prepare a laddu.
