- Clarified Butter – 3/4 cup
- Gram flour – 2 bowl
- Milk Cream – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 4 tsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar Powder – 1 cup
- Pistachio
- Almonds
Instructions
- To make the quick and easy Mohanthal, place a kadhai on flame, add 3/4 cup of ghee, and heat well.
- After the hot ghee, add 200 grams of flour and roast on medium heat.
- After the Besan turns aromatic, add 1/2 cup of milk cream, mix well, and cook on medium heat.
- After Besan turns frothy, little by little, add milk and mix well.
- After the barfi mix turns thick, turn off the flame and stir continuously.
- For flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of sugar powder and mix well.
- Now transfer the barfi mix into a greased tray and spread well.
- Now garnish it with chopped dry fruits and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After an hour, check the Mohanthal barfi and cut it into small pieces.
- Now your perfect Mohanthal Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
