Materials

  • 200 gram Grated Coconut
  • 200 gram Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder 

Instructions

  • To make amazing Gud Nariyal Ladoo, first take 200 grams of grated coconut, 200 grams of Jaggery.
  •  Now place a pan on flame, add Jaggery, 1/2 cups of water, and melt it well.
  • After jaggery melts, cook until it turns sticky.
  •  After Jaggery turns sticky, add grated coconut, mix well, and cook until the mix starts leaving the pan.
  •  After the mix, turn thick, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
  • After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it a little cool.
  •  Now dip your hands into the water and prepare Ladoo with the mix.
  •  Now, you can garnish it with any dry fruit you want.
  • Now your Jaggery coconut laddu is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
