This is a very simple and Easy Recipe and after this recipe, you will make these masala samosas very easily at Your Home.

So without wasting any Time let’s Start this recipe.

Ingredients of Mini Samosa Recipe

  • All-Purpose Flour – 1.5 cup
  • Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ajwain – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

Ingredients To make stuffing

  • Aloo Bhujiya – 1 cup
  • Moong Dal – 1 cup
  • Namkeen Mixture – 1/2 cup
  • Salted Peanuts – 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cashew Nuts – 10
  • Raisins
  • Schezwan Sauce – 1.5 tbsp

Materials

  • 1.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Ajwain 
  • 1/4 cup Oil 
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice 

Ingredients To make stuffing

  • 1 cup Aloo Bhujiya 
  • 1 cup Moong Dal
  • 1/2 cup Namkeen Mixture 
  • 2 tbsp Salted Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala 
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 10 Cashew Nuts
  • Raisins
  • 1.5 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

Instructions

  •  To make Masala Samosa first we will Quill dough and for that First take a bowl and add 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour.
  • Now in the Bowl add, 1/2 cup of Wheat flour, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of ajwain, 1/4 cup of Oil, 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  •  Now mix everything well with your hands.
  •  Now add water in batches and Prepare a semi-soft Dough.
  • Now apply oil on all sides of the Dough and cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Now we will make Stuffing for Masala Samosa and For this take a grinding Jar.
  • Now in the Jar, add 1 cup of Aloo Bhujiya Namkeen, 1 cup of Moong dal Namkeen, 1/2 cup of Bombay Mixture, 2 tbsp of salted peanuts.
  • Now add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 10 cashews nuts.
  • Now grind everything well and prepare coarse Powder.
  • Now in the masala add 1 tbsp of raisins and mix well.
  • Now add 1.5 tbsp of schezwan sauce and mix well.
  • Now prepare small balls from the masala and keep them aside.
  • Now after 10 Minutes check the dough and Knead again.
  • Now cut the dough into 2 parts.
  •  Now grease platform with oil and roll medium thickness.
  • Now cut it Like Kaju katli you can see in the following image.
  • Now apply water on the edges of all pieces and cover them with a cloth.
  • Now place a masala ball on it.
  • Now flip and close on the edges and seal it.
  •  Now press with a fork on the edges.
  • Now follow the same process and prepare Samosa From all dough.
  • Now place a pan on medium flame and add oil for deep frying and heat well.
  • After oil heated well then turn the flame low and add prepared samosa to it and fry well until golden.
  • Now your Crispy Crunchy Masala Samosa is ready and You can Enjoy them.

Minis Masala Samosa Recipe – Step By Step
