  • Water as Required for sugar syrup

  • 400 gram Sugar 
  • 200 ml Water 
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Saffron Strands
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour 
  • 1/4 cup Sour Curd 
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder 
  • Water as Required for sugar syrup
  • 2 pinch Kesar yellow food color
  • Ghee/Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  •  To make markets like Juicy and Crispy Jalebi, first of all, put a pan on the gas and turn on the gas.
  • Now add 400 grams of sugar and 200 ml of water to the pan and let the sugar melt on high flame.
  • When the sugar starts dissolving, then add 1/2 tsp lemon juice to it and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Boil it until it is near to one string consistency (do not prepare the thick or thin syrup.
  •  Now add it to saffron strands and turn off the gas.
  • Now take a bowl and add to it, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup sour curd, 1 tsp baking powder, and mix everything well.
  • Now add water to it and prepare its langs free batter.
  • Now add 2 pinch saffron yellow food color and mix it well.
  • To make Jalebi now, take one of the sauce bottle/milk packet/zip locks. (i am using a milk packet).
  • Now place the milk packet inside the glass and fill it with Jalebi better.
  • Now put a rubber band on the milk packet.
  • Now put a wide pan on the gas and add ghee/oil for deep frying in it and heat it on medium flame.
  • Now make a cut on the corner of the milk packet.
  • Now squeeze the milk packet and make round spirals with the batter and fry them.
  • Now add prepared Jalebi into warm syrup for 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Now follow the same process and make all Jalebi.
  • Right now your jalebi is ready and you can enjoy it.
