In this post, I will share an easy and straightforward recipe to make a fantastic Mango malai cake, and you can make it in just 10 Minutes.
You don’t need baking soda, baking powder, cooker, egg, or condensed milk; you can make it with very few ingredients.
So without wasting any time, let’s start this recipe.

Mango Malai Cake Recipe | How to make Mango Malai Cake at Home | Mango Cake Recipe
Materials
- 1 Riped Mango
- 1.5 cup Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Corn flour/Starch
- 2 tsp Malai
- Desiccated Coconut
- Powder Digestive Biscuits
Instructions
- To make Super soft and delicious Mango Malai cake, first take 1 Ripped Mango.
- Now, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add chopped mango pieces, and make a smooth puree.
- Now, take a pan and add 1.5 cups of milk, 3 tbsp of sugar, and 3 tbsp of corn starch(or you can use arrowroot powder) to it and mix well.
- Now, place the pan on flame and let the milk boil.
- Now, turn the flame to low and stir continuously and cook until it has a much thicker consistency.
- Now add 2 tbsp of milk malai and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder and mix well.
- After milk starts coating on the spatula, turn off the flame and let the mix cool.
- Now, add the mango pulp into milk and whisk it.
- Now take 15 digestive biscuits.
- Now, take a cake tray and place the digestive biscuit into it
- Now, evenly pour the Cake mixture over the biscuit and spread well.
- Now add desiccated coconut and make another layer of biscuit.
- Now again, add cake mixture to the biscuit and make a layer.
- Now garnish it with grated white chocolate, chopped pistachio and mango chunks.
- Now refrigerate it for 2 hours.
- After 2 hour, take it out from the fridge.
- Now your Mango Malai cake is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
