How to make Perfect Churma Ladoo 

Cook With Parul 

Take 2 cups of Wheat Flour

Take and add 2 tbsp of fine semolina and 3 tbsp of melted ghee, and mix everything well 

Prepare the Dough

Now little By little add water and prepare a hard dough.

Prepare Muthia

Now one by one prepare Muthia with dough.

Fry All Muthia in Oil

Now fry all Muthia in medium hot oil until golden and crisp.

Prea Powder with Muthia

When muthia has cooled break them into small pieces and make fien powder with the help of a grinder.

Prepare Laddu Mix

Now add chopped dry fruits, raisins, 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp of poppy seeds, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, grated nutmeg and mix everything well.

Melt Jaggery

place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of butter and melt well, After butter melts, add 1 cup of jaggery and melt well on medium flame 

Add Melted Jaggey

After jaggery melts completely, turn off the flame and transfer it to Churma Ladoo mix and mix everything well

Prepare Laddu

Now prepare Ladoo with the help of a mould transfer it to a plate, and garnish them with poppy seeds.
