Instant Maddur Vada Recipe | How to make Maddur Vada at Home | Rice Vada Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Sooji
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- Chopped Curry Leaves
- Grated Ginger
- Chopped Red and Green Chilli
- Veggies
- 3 tbsp Hot Oil
Instructions
- To make Instant Maddur vada first, take a bowl and add 1 cup of rice flour, 1/2 cup of semolina, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, salt per taste, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida.
- Now add two chopped onions, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander, 1 tsp of grated ginger, chopped green and red chili.
- Now mix everything well.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 3 tbsp of hot oil into the Maddu Vada Mixture and mix well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a semi-thick dough.
- Now grease your hands with oil and pinch a small size dough.
- Now, first prepare a round ball, press with your hands, and prepare a Vada.
- Now prepare Maddur Vada from Remaining Mix.
- Now, one by one, add prepared Maddur vada into the pan and hot oil and fry on medium flame until they turn golden.
- While frying, keep the flame medium and stir continuously.
- After Maddur vada turns golden, transfer them into a plate and fry the second Batch.
- Now your Maddur Vada is ready, and you can enjoy it.
