Moonglet Recipe | How to make Moonglet at Home | Moong dal Omelette Recipe
In this post i am going to share an easy and simple recipe to make Moonglete at Home.
Yield: 2 Moonglet
Materials
- 1 cup Moong Dal
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt as per taste
- 2 pinch Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 Chopped Green Chilli
- 2 tsp Chopped Onion
- Chopped Capsicum
- 1 tbsp Sweet Corn
- 1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- To make a Healthy testy Moonglet first take 1 cup of Moong Dal/pea.
- Now soak it into the water for 1/2 hour.
- Now remove the excess water.
- Now take a grinding jar and add Dal/Pea, 1 inch of ginger, 2 to 3 tbsp to it.
- Now blend everything well and transfer it into a bowl.
- Now add 1/2 ts of cumin seeds, salt as per taste, 2 pinches of asafoetida, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of rice flour.
- Now mix everything well for 2 to 3 minutes with the help of a whisker and prepare a better.
- Now take a bowl/jug and add 2 ladles full batter to it.
- Now add 1 tsp of chopped green chilli, 2 tsp of chopped onion, 2 to 3 tbsp of chopped capsicum,1 tbsp of sweet corns, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of Eno food salt and add some water to activate it and mix well.
- Now place a Tawa on flame and add 1 tsp of butter and 1 tsp of oil to it and heat.
- Now add all prepared Batter to the pan and spread well.
- Now sprinkle some red chilli powder, add some green coriander, add slit red chilies and put a lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- After 2 to 3 minutes remove the lid and flip to another side and cook well.
- Now add cut marks in between.
- Now add 1 tbsp of butter on mid-on Moonglet.
- Now put the lid and cook for 2 minutes again.
- Now remove the lid and turn off the flame and some butter to it.
- Now your Moonglet is completely Ready and You can enjoy it.
