सिर्फ 3चीज़ से कम खर्चे में होली की इतनी टेस्टी मिठाई की मेहमान भी पूछे कैसे बनायीं Shakarpara Recipe
INGREDIENTS
All Purpose Flour – 2 cups(500gms)
Oil – 1/3 cup
Salt – 1 pinch
Water as required
Sugar – 400 gms
Water – 200 ml
Saffron Strands – 1 pinch
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil for deep fry
- To make Jali Shakarpare.
- Take a mix bowl.
- Add all purpose flour,oil,salt and mix well.
- If holds shape oil quantity is perfect.
- Add water little by little and mix well to prepares semi soft dough.
- Apply oil on all sides of the dough and cover and rest for 15 mins
- Take a pan.
- Add sugar,water and Prepare 1 string consistency syrup.
- Add Saffron Strands,Cardamom Powder and mix well and boil.
- After sugar melt add Lemon Juice to stop crystalization.
- Check if syrup has one string consistency then it perfect.
- Turn off flame and keep aside.
- Check dough and knead.
- Divide dough into 2 parts.
- Take 1 part of the dough.
- Roll dough,not too thick not too thin.
- Take a muffin cup or any cap,Press and make design.
- Remove extra dough.
- Transfer onto a plate and Cover with a cloth.
- Take 1 piece and cut in middle,do not cut till edge.
- Apply water on all sides,Fold from one end and press edges.
- Prepare all in same way.
- Add oil in kadhai heat on low medium flame.
- Add prepare shakarpare and fry on low medium flame until golden and crisp.
- Take out after golden and transfer onto a plate.
- Add prepared shakarpare into sugar syrup and dip it for 1 min.
- After 1 min take it out.
- Jali Shakarpare is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
