Ingredients of Cup Ice Cream Recipe 

  • Milk दूध – 200ml
  • Corn Flour कॉर्न फ्लोर – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream ताजा क्रीम – 400ml
  • Sugar Powder चीनी पाउडर – 5 tbsp

For Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Ice Cream base – 100 ml
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

For STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

  • Ice Cream base – 100 ml
  • Strawberry Essence – 1/2 tsp
  • Rose Red Color – 2 drops

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

  • Ice Cream base – 100 ml
  • Cocoa Powder -1 tsp
  • Chocolate Syrup for garnish

PISTA ICE CREAM

  • Ice Cream base – 100 ml
  • Chopped Pista – 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Green Food Color – 2 drops
  • Chopped Pista for garnishing

BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM

  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts – 1/4 cup
  • Ice Cream Base
  • Butterscotch Essence – 4 drops
  • Yellow Food Color – 1 pinch

Materials

  • 200 ml Milk 
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour 
  • 5 tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 400 grams Fresh Cream

For Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 100 ml Ice Cream base 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

For STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

  • 100 ml Ice Cream base 
  • 1/2 tsp Strawberry Essence 
  • 2 drops Rose Red Color 

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

  • 100 ml Ice Cream base
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • Chocolate Syrup for garnish

PISTA ICE CREAM

  • 100 ml Ice Cream base 
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Pista 
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder 
  • 2 drops Green Food Color 
  • Chopped Pista for garnishing

BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM

  • 4 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1 tbsp Butter 
  • 1/4 cups Cashew Nuts 
  • Ice Cream Base
  • 4 drops Butterscotch Essence
  • 1 pinch Yellow Food Color 

Instructions

  • To make Cup ice cream, place a pan on medium flame and add 200 ml milk and heat a little.
  • After the milk is a little hot, take 2 tbsp of cornflour in a bowl and add 4 tbsp of warm milk in cornflour, mix well, and make a slurry.
  • Now, little by little, add cornflour slurry into milk and mix well and stir continuously.
  • After the mix turns slightly thick, turn the flame to low and add 400 ml fresh cream and mix well.
  • After 1 minute, add 5 tbsp of sugar powder and mix well and cook for 3 minutes and cook until mix start coating on the spatula.
  •  After the mix, start coating on the spatula; turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • After the mix is cool, transfer the ice cream to a container.
  • Now close the lid on the container and semi freeze it for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • After 1-5 hours, take out the container from the freezer.
  •  Now transfer the ice cream into a grinding jar and blend well for 1 minute to make an air pocket.
  •  ice cream is ready, and now we will make five different flavour ice cream.

Vanilla Icecream

  • To make Vanilla Ice cream, first take a bow and add 100 ml of prepared ice cream to it.
  •  Your vanilla ice cream flavour is ready, and fills it into any paper cup or bowl to set.
  •  Now cover it with a cut paper cover.
  • Now cover it with foil paper and close from all sides.
  • Let set in the freezer for 6-7 hours.

Strawberry Icecream

  •  To make strawberry ice cream take 100 ml of prepared ice cream and add two drops of strawberry essence.
  • Now add two drops of red food colour and whisk well.
  • Now, fill it into any paper cup or bowl to set.
  • Now cover it with a cut paper cover.
  •  Now cover it with foil paper and close from all sides.
  • Let set in the freezer for 6-7 hours.

Chocolate Icecream

  • To make chocolate ice cream take 100 ml of prepared ice cream and add 1 tsp of cocoa powder and mix well.
  • Now, fill it into any paper cup or bowl to set.
  • Now garnish it with chocolate syrup.
  • Now cover it with a cut paper cover.
  • Now cover it with foil paper and close from all sides.
  •  Let set in the freezer for 6-7 hours.

Pistachio Icecream

  • To make Pistachio ice cream take 100 ml of prepared ice cream and add 1 tbsp of chopped pistachio, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, 2 drops green food colour and mix well.
  • Now, fill it into any paper cup or bowl to set.
  • Now garnish it with chopped pistachio.
  • Now cover it with a cut paper cover.
  • Now cover it with foil paper and close from all sides.
  • Let set in the freezer for 6-7 hours.

Butterscotch Icecream

  • To make Butterscotch ice cream, first, we will make a caramel crunch, and for this, place a pan on flame and add 4 tbsp of sugar and melt the sugar on low flame.
  • After sugar melts, add 1 tbsp of butter and mix well.
  • Now add 1/4 cup of chopped cashew nuts and mix well.
  • Now, turn off the flame and transfer caramel into a greased plate and spread well, and let it set for some minutes.
  •  After some time, the caramel crunch is ready.
  • Now, break caramel crunch into small pieces, transfer pieces into a zip lock packer, and crush it with a roller pin.
  • Now, take 100 ml of ice cream base and add four drops of butterscotch essence, one pinch of yellow food colour and mix well.
  • Now add caramel crunch into ice cream and mix well.
  • Now, fill it into any paper cup or bowl to set.
  • Now garnish it with chopped crushed caramel.
  • Now cover it with a cut paper cover.
  • Now cover it with foil paper and close from all sides. 
  •  Let set in the freezer for 6-7 hours.

After 7 hours, your All flavour ice cream is ready, and you can enjoy them.

    Cup Ice cream Recipe – Step By Step

    1 – To make Cup ice cream, place a pan on medium flame and add 200 ml milk and heat a little.

    2 – After the milk is a little hot, take 2 tbsp of cornflour in a bowl and add 4 tbsp of warm milk in cornflour, mix well, and make a slurry.
    3 – Now, little by little, add cornflour slurry into milk and mix well and stir continuously.
    4 – After the mix turns slightly thick, turn the flame to low and add 400 ml fresh cream and mix well.

    5 – After 1 minute, add 5 tbsp of sugar powder and mix well and cook for 3 minutes and cook until mix start coating on the spatula.

    8 – Now close the lid on the container and semi freeze it for 1.5 to 2 hours.

    10 – Now transfer the ice cream into a grinding jar and blend well for 1 minute to make an air pocket.

    Vanilla Icecream

    3 – Now garnish it with chopped pistachio.

    Butterscotch Icecream
