In this post, I am going to share a recipe for making a unique style double chocolate Choco Bar Ice cream Kulfi.

To follow this recipe you even don’t need to condense milk, Cream, Milk Powder r without egg. This is a very simple recipe to follow and anyone can follow it.

So without wasting any time let’s start this recipe.

  • Chocolate Biscuits – 4 packs
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Chilled Milk – 1 cup
  • Milk Malai – 1/2 cup
  • Coffee Powder – 1 tsp
  • Chocolate Chips – 2 tbsp
  • Dark Chocolate

In this Post i am going to share an recipe for making unique style double chocolate Choco Bar Ice cream Kulfi.

Materials

  • 4 packs Chocolate Biscuit
  • 1/4 cup Sugar 
  • 1 cup Chilled Milk
  • 1 cup Milk Malai
  • 1 tsp Coffee Powder 
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips 
  • Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  •  To make Choco Bar Ice cream 4 Pack of Chocolate Biscuits.
  • Now you break the biscuit into small pieces.
  • Now take a Grinding jar and add all biscuits Pieces, 1/4 cup of sugar, and make a fine powder.
  • Now into the same jar, add 1 cup of chilled milk, 1 cup of milk malai( Cream), 1 tbsp of coffee, and milk Mix( Take 1 tbsp of coffee and milk to it and make a Solution).
  • Now churn it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Now transfer Ice cream batter into a air tight box and Put a lid on it.
  • Now place it into the freezer for 2 Hours.
  • After 2 Hour takes the box out of the freezer and transfers the mix into the blender.
  • Now churn it again for 2 Minutes.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of Choco chips to it and mix well.
  • Now take any Types of Molds and place them into glace.
  • Now fill Kulfi mix into Molds and garnish with some dark chocolate servings.
  •  Now cover Kulfi mold with Foil paper.
  • Now slightly cut on top of molds and place ice cream stick on it.
  • Now place all ice cream molds into the freezer for 5 to 6 hours overnight.
  • Now after 5 to 6 Hours Your Ice-cream Kulfi is ready.
  •  Now take out all kulfi from the molds.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add water to it and heat until a Boil.
  • Now place a bowl on top of the pan and 1/2 cup of dark chocolate to it and melt.
  • Now cover all kulfi with malted dark chocolate and garnish it with roasted peanuts.
  • Now your Chocolate Choco-bar ice cream is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
