  • Fresh cream – 250 ml
  • Sugar Powder – 250 Gms
  • Butter scotch essence – 2 tsp
  • Yellow color – 1 pinch (optional)
  • Milk – 1/2 cup

Materials

  • 1/4 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1 tbsp Butter 
  • 4-5 tsp Cashew nuts 
  • 250 ml Fresh cream
  • 250 gms Sugar Powder
  • 2 tsp Butter scotch essence 
  • 1 pinch Yellow color 
  • 1/2 cup Milk 

Instructions

  • First of all, put a pan on the gas and put 1/4 cup sugar in it, and melt it while stirring well.
  • Now take the flame and put it in 1 tbsp. Butter and mix well.
  • Now you put in the pan 3 tbsp. Crushed cashews and mix them well.
  •  Turn off the gas now and take out all the mixture after putting ghee on a plate.
  • Now let it sat for 15 minutes.
  •  Now press it below and take it out and now your caramel crunch is ready.
  • Now take a packet to crush it and break the simple crunch in it and crush it with the help of a cylinder.
  • Now take a bowl (keep it in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours before using it) to make butterscotch ice cream.
  • Now take 250 ML Amul Fresh Cream (Keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours before using it).
  • Now put the cream in the bowl and whisk it with the help of an electric beater.
  • After whisking, add 4 tbsp. of sugar powder and whisk it again for a while.
  •  Add to bowl now 2 tbsp. Add Butter Scotch Essence as well as 1 Pinch Yellow Food Color and mix them well.
  •  Now add the caramel crunch and also add 1/2 cup milk and mix everything well.
  • Take a container now and put all the mixers in it and also add a little bit of caramel crunch from above.
  • Now cover it with the help of plastic and keep it for 9 to 4 hours to freeze.
  • Your delicious ice cream is ready and you can enjoy it.
