  • Gulkand – 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Betel Leaves/Paan – 3
  • Cashew Nuts – 10
  • Almonds – 7
  • Dates – 5
  • Fresh Cream – 300 ml
  • Sugar – 5 tbsp
  • Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Green Food Color – 2 drops
  • Multi color Tutti Frutti
  • Pista

Paan Nawabi Ice-Cream Recipe | How to make Ice-Cream at Home

Materials

  • 3 tbsp Saunf 
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Gulkand 
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 3 Betal Leaves 
  • 10 CashewNuts
  • 7 Almonds 
  • 5 Dates 
  • 300 ML Fresh Cream
  • 5 tbsp Sugar 
  • 2 tbsp Milk Powder
  • 2 drops Green Food Color
  • Multi color Tutti Frutti,Pista,Almonds

Instructions

  • To make Paan Nawabi Ice cream first take a grinding jar.
  • Now in the grinding jar add 3 tbsp of Saunf, 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut, 2 tbsp of Gulkand, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 3 roughly chopped betel leaves.
  • Now add 10 cashew nuts, 7 almonds, 5 chopped dates.
  • Now grind everything well and make a coarse paste.
  • Now in the same grinding jar add 300 ml of fresh cream, 5 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of sugar powder.
  • Now add 2 drops of green food color and churn well for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now take an air-tight box and transfer churned ice cream into it.
  • Now decorate it with tutti frutti, pista and alsomds.
  • Now cover it with a plastic sheet touching surface of the ice cream.
  • Now put the lid on it and place it into the freezer for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
  • After 7 to 8 Hours take the box out from the freezer.
  • Now your Testy and Deleciuc Paan Nawabi Kulfi is ready and You can enjoy it.

Paan Ice Cream Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make Perfect Paan Nawabi Ice cream, first take a grinding jar.

2 – Now, add 3 tbsp of Saunf, 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut, 2 tbsp of Gulkand, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 3 roughly chopped betel leaves.

3 – Now add 10 cashew nuts, 7 almonds, and 5 chopped dates.

4 – Now grind everything well and make a coarse paste.

5 – Now, in the same grinding jar, add 300 ml of fresh cream, 5 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of sugar powder.
6 – Now add 2 drops of green food color and churn well for 2 to 3 minutes.

7 – Now, take an air-tight box, and transfer churned ice cream into it.

8 – Now decorate it with Tutti Frutti, pistachio, and almonds.

10 – Now, close the lid on it and place it into the freezer for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
