बिना झंझट कुकर में Chocolate Brownie का सबसे आसान सटीक तरीका Best Eggless Brownie Recipe in Cooker

Water – 1 & 1/2 cup
Dark Compound Chocolate – 1/2 cup
Butter – 3 tbsp
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Sugar powder – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Milk as per required
Walnut for garnish
Salt for baking

  • Step 1:
  • To make brownie take a bowl add water and let it heat.
  • Place a bowl on boiling water, add Dark Compound Chocolate and Melt(Melt for 30 seconds in microwave).
  • After chocolate melts add butter and melt.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool a little.
  • Step 2:
  • Take a cooker add 1 cup salt inside cooker,Spread.
  • Place a stand or bowl inside the cooker.
  • Close lid removing whistle and gasket and Pre heat for 10 mins.
  • Step 3:
  • Take a bowl add the melted chocolate.
  • Place a seive,Add All purpose flour/maida,Sugar powder,Cocoa powder,Baking powder and Seive.
  • Add Vanilla essence.
  • Add milk and Mix gently in cut and fold method,Prepare a pourable consistency batter.
  • Take a cake tin,Add few drops of oil and grease it.
  • Place a butter paper and grease it.
  • Transfer batter into tin.
  • Tap to remove air bubbles.
  • Add some walnuts on top.
  • Step 4:
  • Remove lid and on low – medium flame Place the tin into cooker.
  • Close lid and Bake on medium flame for 30-40 mins.Do check in between after 25 mins(Baking time varies on size,burner and tin).
  • Bake in microwave at 180c pre heated oven for 30 mins.
  • After 30 mins open lid and Insert tooth pick and check if its baked.
  • With the help of knife separate edges.
  • Place a plate and transfer brownie.
  • Remove butter paper.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Garnish with chocolate sauce or shavings.
  • Chocolate brownie is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
