Atta Besan Ladoo Recipe | How to make Atta Besan Ladoo | Healthy Laddo Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Gram flour/Besan
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 10 pcs Chopped Almonds
- 10 pcs Chopped Cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp Melon Seeds
- 1.5 cups Sugar Powder
- Khus-khus/Poppy Seeds
Instructions
- To make Atta Besan Ladoo first, take 1 cup of gram flour and 1 cup of wheat flour.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1/2 cup of ghee, and heat well.
- Now, one by one, add 10 chopped almonds, 10 chopped cashew, 2 tbsp of muskmelon seeds, and roast well separately.
- After everything roasted well, transfer them to a plate and keep the plate aside.
- Now into pan add gram flour, wheat flour and mix well and roast until it turns golden and stirs continuously.
- After the mix starts releasing the ghee, turn off the flame and transfer the mix to the bowl and let it cool.
- When the mix is a little cool, add roasted dry fruits, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 1/5 cup of sugar powder.
- Now mix everything well.
- Now, take a small portion of the mix and prepare a Ladoo.
- Now coat the laddu with poppy seeds and remove the excess poppy seeds.
- Now, one by one, prepare Ladoo from the remaining mix and coat with poppy seeds.
- Now your Perfect Atta Besan Ladoo is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
