  • 500 ML Milk 
  • 10 pcs Marie Biscuits
  • 5 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1 Chopped Ripe Mango
  • 1/2 cup Milk Malai 
  • Pista for garnish

Instructions

  • To make Mango ice cream, first of all, give a stiff pan on the gas.
  • Now put 500 mL milk in it and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Now take 10 pcs Marie Biscuits and grind them finely in a grinding jar.
  • Now take out the biscuit powder in a bowl.
  •  Now put 3 to 4 tbsp. of milk in the bowl and mix it well to make a batter.
  • Now put in boiled milk 5 tbsp. Let the sugar meet well.
  • Now take the flame of the gas and pour the biscuit solution in it slowly.
  • If the milk is thick, then take out the pan from the gas.
  • Now take a grinding jar and put all the mixture in it and also add 1 chopped ripe mango and blend it very smooth.
  • Now you add 1/2 cream milk and grind it once more.
  • Now put all the mix in a container and cover it with plastic.
  • Now keep it in the freezer for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours, just take it out blue and take out the sari ice cream in a counting jar and grind it for 2 minutes.
