Easy Samosa Recipe | How to make samosa at Home | Mini Samosa Recipe
Materials
- 1.5 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Sooji/Semolina
- Salt as per taste
- Ajwain/Carom Seeds
- 1/4 cup Oil
Ingredients For Filling
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 inch Grated Ginger
- 3 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
- 3 tbsp Green Peas
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 3 Boiled Mashed Potato
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- Oil for Deep Frying
Instructions
- To make Crispy Mini Samosa First take a bowl and add 1.5 cups of wheat flour, 1.5 cups of fine Semolina, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of Carom seeds, 1/4 cup of Oil.
- Now Mix everything well with your hands.
- Now add little warm water in batches and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Now coat sides of dough with oil and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of oil in it and heat.
- Now add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1-inch grated ginger, 3 chopped green chili, and sauté everything well.
- Now add 3 tbsp of green peas and sauté well.
- Now add 1 pinch of turmeric powder and mix well and roast for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute turn the flame on medium and add 4 Boiled Mashed Potato.
- Now add 2 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, 2 tsp of coriander powder, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 tsp of green chili sauce, 1 tsp of tomato ketchup, and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and add finely chopped green coriander and mix well and let it cool.
- Now check the dough and knead again well.
- Now roll it and prepare a log and cut it into small parts.
- Now take one piece and cover all other parts with a cloth.
- Now roll it thin like the following image.
- Now cut into 2 parts.
- Now apply water on the edges.
- Now fold and make a cone by pressing gently.
- Now fill 1 tbsp of prepared stuffing in it.
- Now apply water on the edges and fold and seal all sides.
- Now follow the same steps and prepare the amosa from all dough and stuffing.
- Now you can store it for 3 to 5 days or if you want to store it for 30 days then put all samosa in an airtight box and put that in the freezer.
- Now place a pan on medium flame and add oil for deep frying and heat well.
- Now add prepared samosa into the pan and fry on low medium flame until golden crisp.
- Now your delicious Crispy samosa is ready and you can enjoy them.
