Materials
- 1 liter Ful Fat Milk
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Conr Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 5 cup Water
Instructions
- To Make Perfect Rasgulla, first place a pan on flame and 1 litre of full-fat milk(Try to use cow milk to get the best result) and stir continuously boil milk.
- After a boil, turn off the flame and let it cool for 1 minute and stir continuously.
- Now, take a bowl and add two tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of water and mix well; alternatively, you can use white vinegar in place on lemon juice.
- Now, into milk, add lemon juice in batches and gently mix well until milk starts curdling.
- Now, keep it aside for 30 seconds.
- Now, take a bowl and place a strainer on it.
- Now, place a cotton cloth on the strainer and transfer curdle milk into clothing and separate chenna and water.
- Now wash the paneer with clean water to remove the lemon taste and not pressure.
- Now close the cloth on all sides and gently press and remove the excess water do got give too much pressure; this will make chenna dry.
- Now place a heavy thing on chenna and leave it for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check the chenna and transfer chenna into a plate.

- Now measure the chenna with a cup and if your chenna is one cup, then add 1 tsp of cornflour, and if your chenna is more or less than 1 cup, you can adjust the cornflour.
- Now mix cornflour and chenna well.
- Now, place a wide pan on flame, add 1 cup of sugar and 5 cups of water, and dissolve sugar on low flame.
- Now, take a small size of mix and gently prepare balls with it.
- After sugar syrup starts boiling on a medium-high flame, add prepared Rasgulla one by one.
- Now boil it for 2 minutes and do not touch Rasgulla.
- After 2 minutes, close the lid, cook for 7-8 minutes on a medium-high flame, and check between.
- After 8 minutes, remove the lid and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
- After some time add little by little add hot water into the pan, so sugar syrup does not turn too thick.
- To check that our Rasgulla is cooked perfectly, take some water In a bowl.
- Now add one Rasgulla into the bowl, and If Rasgulla is completely immersed in water, it means that the Rasgulla has been well cooked.
- Now turn off the flame and let the Rasgulla cool.
- Now your Home Made perfect Rasgulla is ready, and you can enjoy them.
