Ingredients of Paneer Jamun Recipe

  • Full fat Milk – 1.5 liters
  • White vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • water – 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour – 1 tsp
  • Milk powder – 2 tbsp
  • Rose-red color – 3-4 drops
  • Water – 3 cups
  • Sugar – 1.5 cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Rose essence few drops

Materials

  • 1.5 Liters Full fat Milk
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Milk powder
  • 3 - 4 drops Rose-red color 
  • 3 cups Water 
  • 1.5 cup Sugar 
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice 
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder 
  • Rose essence few drops

Instructions

  •  To make Rasgulla first place a pan on flame and add 1.5 Liter full-fat milk to it and boil.
  • Now take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of white Vinegar( alternatively You can add 2 lemons Juice ) and 1/4 cup of water to it and dilute it.
  • After the Milk starts boiling then add prepared vinegar to it and stir well on medium flame.
  • Turn off the gas after Milk crudles.
  • Now take a bowl and place a sieve and cloth on it.
  • Now drain all curdled milk.
  • Now add cold water and rinse cheese.
  • Now squeeze water and put heavy things on cheese for 15 minutes.
  • Now transfer cheese on a plate.
  • Now knead cheese well with your hands till it turns out a smooth texture.
  • After it starts getting the smooth texture to add 1 tsp of cornflour, 2 tbsp of milk powder, and knead.
  • Now add 3 to 4 drops of red food color( If you want white Rasgulla then you can skip this step) and knead well with your hands and prepare a dough.
  • Now take a small part of the dough and prepare a small ball and give a shape as you want.
  •  Now prepare Rasgulla balls from all dough.
  • Now to make Sugar syrup place a wide pan on flame.
  • Now add 3 cups of water and 1.5 cups of sugar to it.
  •  Now stir continuously and melt sugar well.
  • When the sugar starts melting then add 1 tsp of lemon juice to it.
  • After sugar melt completely then add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, few drops of rose essence.
  •  After Sugar syrup starts Boiling then add prepared Rasgulla Bolls in it on medium flame.
  • Now cover the lid and boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Now turn off the flame and cool them completely.
  • Now your Chenna Rasgulla is completely ready and you can enjoy them.
