Palak paneer is one of the healthy and tasty dishes loved by everyone, but most of the time when we make it at home, we don’t get a taste like a Restaurant; if this happens with you, you must read this post.

In this post, I will share an easy and simple recipe to make Restaurant-style Palak Paneer at Home.

So without wasting any time, let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients of Palak Paneer 

  • Finely Chopped Onion – 2 pcs
  • Tomato Paste – 2 pcs
  • Spinach Paste – 500 Grams
  • Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger and red chilli – 1.5 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream – 2 Tbsp
  • Bay Leaf – 2 pcs
  • Pepper – 10 pcs
  • cinnamon – 2
  • cardamom – 2
  • cloves – 2 pcs
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Asafetida – 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt – 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Paneer – 200 Gram

In this post, I am going to share an easy and simple recipe to make Restaurant-style Palak Paneer at Home.

Materials

  • 2 pcs Finely Chopped Onion
  • 2 pcs Tomato Paste
  • 500 grams Spinach Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste 
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi 
  • 1.5 tbsp Finely chopped ginger and red chilli
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream 
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 10 Pepper 
  • 2 cinnamon 
  • 2 cardamom 
  • 2 pcs cloves 
  • 1 tsp Cumin 
  • 4 tbsp Oil 
  • 1/4 tsp Asafetida 
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 200 grams Paneer 

Instructions

  • Now place a pan on flame and add 4 tbsp of oil to it and heat.
  • Now add cumin seeds, asafoetida, whole, Bay Leaf – 2 pcs, Pepper – 10 pcs, cinnamon – 2, cardamom – 2, cloves – 2 pcs and mix and fry everything well.
  • Now add finely chopped onion and 1 pinch of salt and cook until it turns golden.
  • Now add Chopped ginger and Chilli, garlic paste, and roast on low flame.
  • Now add Tomato paste and mix well.
  • Now cut paneer into small pieces.
  • Now into the pan add Red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, black salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and mix everything well.
  • Now add Kasuri methi mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add Palak Paste ( Take 500 grams of water and boil it into water then let it cool after this grind it into Grinder) and mix everything well.
  •  Now close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add Paneer Cubes, garam masala and mix well.
  • Now if your palak paneer is thick then you can add water and adjust the consistency.
  •  Now again close the lid and cook for 1 minute.
  •  Now turn off the flame and add cream to it and mix well.
  • Now your Restaurant style Palak Paneer is ready and you can enjoy it.

Palak Paneer Recipe – Step By Step

1 – Now, place a pan on flame, add 4 tbsp of oil, and heat it.

2 – Now add cumin seeds, asafoetida, whole, Bay Leaf – 2 pcs, Pepper – 10 pcs, cinnamon – 2, cardamom – 2, cloves – 2 pcs and mix and fry everything well.

3 – Now add finely chopped onion and one pinch of salt and cook until it turns golden.

4 – Now add Chopped ginger and Chilli, garlic paste, and roast on low flame.
5 – Now add Tomato paste and mix well.
6 – Now, cut the paneer into small pieces.
7 – Now, into the pan, add Red chili powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, black salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and mix everything well.

9 – Now add Palak Paste (Take 500 grams of water and boil it into the water, then let it cool after this grind it into Grinder) and mix everything well.
