In this post, I will share an easy and simple recipe to make Restaurant-style Palak Paneer at Home.

Palak Paneer Recipe | How to make Restaurant-Style Palak Paneer at Home
Materials
- 2 pcs Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 pcs Tomato Paste
- 500 grams Spinach Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1.5 tbsp Finely chopped ginger and red chilli
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 10 Pepper
- 2 cinnamon
- 2 cardamom
- 2 pcs cloves
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Asafetida
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 200 grams Paneer
Instructions
- Now place a pan on flame and add 4 tbsp of oil to it and heat.
- Now add cumin seeds, asafoetida, whole, Bay Leaf – 2 pcs, Pepper – 10 pcs, cinnamon – 2, cardamom – 2, cloves – 2 pcs and mix and fry everything well.
- Now add finely chopped onion and 1 pinch of salt and cook until it turns golden.
- Now add Chopped ginger and Chilli, garlic paste, and roast on low flame.
- Now add Tomato paste and mix well.
- Now cut paneer into small pieces.
- Now into the pan add Red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, black salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and mix everything well.
- Now add Kasuri methi mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add Palak Paste ( Take 500 grams of water and boil it into water then let it cool after this grind it into Grinder) and mix everything well.
- Now close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add Paneer Cubes, garam masala and mix well.
- Now if your palak paneer is thick then you can add water and adjust the consistency.
- Now again close the lid and cook for 1 minute.
- Now turn off the flame and add cream to it and mix well.
- Now your Restaurant style Palak Paneer is ready and you can enjoy it.
