  • Finely Chopped Cherries – 2 tbsp

Materials

  • 500 ML Milk 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar 
  • 10 grams Agar Agar/China Grass
  • 3/4 cup Water 
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cherries

Instructions

  • To make the perfect and most delicious Milk Pudding, first a pan on flame and add 500 ML of milk.
  • Now, on medium flame, boil the milk and stir continuously.
  • After the milk is hot, add 1/2 cup of sugar, mix well, and stir continuously.
  •  While boiling the milk, take 10 grams of china grass in a bowl.
  •  Now add 3/4 cup of water into the bowl, add 3/4 cup of water and soak the china grass for 5 minutes.
  • Now, check the mix and stir continuously.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of condensed milk and mix well.
  • Now add 1 tsp of vanilla essence, mix well, stir continuously, and boil until thick.
  • Now, place another pan on flame and add china grass with water and melt well.
  • After china grass melts, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
  • After the mix turns a little thick, add china grass mixture into the milk and mix well cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, add 2 tbsp of finely chopped cherries and mix well.
  • Now, take a tray, transfer the milk mixture into it, and tap to remove the bubbles.
  • Now garnish it with chopped cherries.
  • Now, let it cool to room temperature, and after milk pudding has cooled, put it into the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • After 1-2 hours, take out tray from the fridge.
  • Now, cut it into small pieces and transfer all pieces into a plate.
  • Now your Milk Pudding is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
