Mango Laddu Recipe | How to make Mango Laddu at Home | Mango Raskadam Recipe
Materials
- 1 Pcs Mango
- 1.5 cup Milk
- 2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cashew
- 1 tbsp Almonds
- 1 tbsp Sugar powder
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp Milk Malai
Instructions
- To make Mango Laddu, first take a Mango( 400 Gram).
- Now peel the mango, cut it into small pieces, and add it to a grinding jar.
- Now blend it well and make a fine paste.

- Now, again, take a grinding jar and add 1.5 cups of milk, 2 cups of desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Now grind everything well and make a fine paste.
- Now, place a pan on flame, pour the mixture into it, and cook until thick like Mava.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add 1 tbsp of cashew, 1 tbsp of almonds, 1 tbsp of sugar powder, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, 3/4 tbsp of desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp of milk malai.
- Now blend everything well and transfer it into a bowl and your Laddu filling is ready.
- Now check the laddu mixture, and after the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame.
- Now, add the mango puree into the pan and mix well.
- Now again, turn on the flame and cook on medium flame until the mix starts leaving the pan.
- Now turn off the flame and take down the pan from the flame.
- Now take the fling and prepare a small laddu from it.
- Now, take lemon size Mango mix ball and make Laddu.
- Now press the Laddu and spread the dough.
- Now, place the filling ball on it.
- Now close it from all side and make Laddu from it.
- Now follow the same steps and make Laddu from it.
- Now your Mango laddu is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
