Instant Malai Gulab Jamun | How to make Bread Gulab Jamun at Home | bread gulab jamun recipe
Materials
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 1.5 cups Water
- 2 pods Cardamom
- 1 pinch Saffron Strands
- 8 Bread
- 5 tbsp Warm Milk
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Sugar Powder
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder/Kaju Powder
- 2 tbsp Milk Malai
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- First, we will make Sugar syrup for our Gulab Jamun and this place a pan on medium-high flame and add 1.5 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water to it.
- Now stir consistently and boil the sugar on medium-high flame until a boil ( If sugar syrup looks dirty, add 2 tbsp of Milk and after a spot, remove the foam).
- While boiling sugar syrup, add two pods of cardamom and one pinch of Saffron strands.
- After a Boil, check the sugar syrup, and if it feels greasy, then sugar syrup is perfect and do not overcook.
- Now, turn off the flame and keep the sugar syrup aside.
- Now, take eight pieces of white sandwich bread.
- Now cut the brown edges of all bread.
- Now, break all bread into small pieces.
- Now, into bread pieces, add 8 to 10 tbsp of milk as required and gently mix and do not squeeze and make sure mix is not dry.
- Now, prepare a sticky dough.
- Now, keep it aside and let it rest for some time.
- Now, to make Gulab Jamun stuffing take a grinding jar and add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut to it.
- Now add 1 tbsp of sugar powder, 2 tbsp of milk powder, 2 tbsp of milk Malai, 2 tbsp of Milk and 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Now blend everything well, and your Gulab Jamin filling is ready.
- Now, take a plate and grease it with oil and transfer Bread Dough to it.
- Now add 1/2 tbsp of ghee and knead gently for the dough for 30 seconds.
- Now, take the lemon size ball and prepare creak free ball.
- Now, prepare balls from all dough.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil to it and heat well ( Take a little less oil because we don’t need deep-fry gulab jamun).
- while oil is hot, turn the flame to medium add prepared gulab jamun one by one.
- Now stir and rotate and fry well.
- While frying the gulab jamun, place the sugar syrup on flame and heat.
- After gulab jamun turns to golden, transfer them into the hot sugar syrup and soak for 10 minutes and fry the second batch of gulab jamun.
- After 10 Minutes, take them out from the sugar syrup.
- Now, take a gulab jamun and cut it into two pieces.
- Now add 1 tsp of prepared filling and spread well, and close the second piece of gulab jamun.
- Now garnish it with chopped pistachio.
- Now follow the same process and prepare all Malai Gulab jamun.
- Now your Malai Gulab Jamun are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
