  • Split black gram dal – 3/4 cup 
  • Rice – 1/2 cup 
  • Rice Flour – 1/2 cup 
  • Chickpeas – 1/2 tsp 
  • fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp 
  • Oil/Ghee

Materials

  • 3/4 cup Split black gram dal 
  • 1/2 tsp Rice 
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Chickpeas 
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • Oil/Ghee 

Instructions

  •  To Make Instant crispy Paper dosa; first, take 3/4 cup of split black gram dal, 1/2 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of rice flour, 2 tbsp of chickpeas, 1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds.
  • Now wash and soak all ingredients into the water for 3-4 hours(Except Rice flour).
  •  After 3-4 hours, remove the excess water.
  •  Now, take a grinding jar and add all wet ingredients into it.
  • Now add 1 cup of water and blend well and make a coarse batter.
  • Now, into the batter, add rice flour and blend it again and make a smooth batter.
  • Now transfer the batter into a bowl and add salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Now, place a Tawa on medium flame and heat.
  • Now add some drops of oil and grease the Tawa.
  • Now turn the flame to low and sprinkle some drops of water, and if smoke comes, Tawa is cooked completely.
  • Now, turns the flame to low and clean the Tawa with a cloth.
  • Now add one full ladle batter on the Tawa and spread well in one direction.
  • Now add ghee/oil and cook on low flame until it turns golden crips.
  • After Dosa turns golden crisp take it out to a plate and cook the next Dosa.
  •  Now your paper dosa is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.

1 – To Make Instant crispy Paper dosa; first, take 3/4 cup of split black gram dal, 1/2 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of rice flour, 2 tbsp of chickpeas, 1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds.
