Materials
- 1 cup Semolina/sooji
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1/2 cup Maida
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Finely chopped green chili
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Curd
- Salt as per taste
- Water as per required
- 1 Finely Chopped onion
- Finely chopped coriander
- Finely chopped curry leaves
Instructions
- Your first step is to take a bowl and add 1 cup of semolina/sooji, add 1 cup rice flour, add ½ cup maida, 1 tbsp. cumin seeds, 1 green chili, 1 tbsp. Grated ginger, add 1 tbsp. curd.
- Now add 1 tbsp. Of salt and add water as per required (3 cups) and make a thin batter.
- Now add 1 medium size finely chopped onion.
- Now add finely chopped Coriander and finely chopped curry leaves and Mix Well.
- Now left everything for 10 -15 Minutes.
- Take a Tawa now and heat it well on the gas.
- Now add oil on the surface of Tawa.
- Now use a Bowl to spread the Batter.
- Now This Rava dosa doesn’t need to be baked, you only need to bake it on the side.
- Now, remove the Rava dosa from the griddle and keep it on a plate.
- Now follow the same process with other Batter.
- Now your delicious rava Dosa is Ready and You can serve it and enjoy it.

Rava Dosa Recipe – Step By Step
