Ingredients of Vrat Sabudana Cheela Recipe 

  • Curd – 1/2 cup
  • Peanut Powder – 1/2 cup
  • Rock Salt/Sendha Namak – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp ]
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • Sabudana /Tapioca – 1 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Potato – 2
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  • Rock salt/Sendha
  • Namak Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Curd – 2 tbsp

Materials

  • 1/2 cup Curd 
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt/Sendha Namak
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder 
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • 1 cup Sabudana /Tapioca 
  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 2 Boiled Potato 
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Rock salt/Sendha Namak
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Curd 

Instructions

  • Before making Vrat Special Sabudana aloo Cheela, we will make Vrat special chutney, and for this, take 1/2 cup of thick curd.
  • Add 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts powder, 1/2 tsp of rock salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, finely chopped coriander.
  • Now mix everything well, and your Vrat special chutney is ready.
  • Now to Make Sabudana Aloo cheela first take 1 cup of sabudana/Topica.
  • Now, soak the Sabudana in 1 cup of water for 3-4 hours.
  • After 3-4 hours, take a grinding jar and add soaked Sabudana into it.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of water and grind well and make a smooth dosa batter.
  • Now transfer Batter into a bowl.
  • Now, take two boiled and peeled potatoes and grate/mash well.
  • Now add grated potato into the Batter.
  • Now add finely chopped chili, rock salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 tbsp of curd, finely chopped coriander.
  • Now mix everything well and add 3 tbsp of water and mix well.
  • Now place a Tawa on flame and grease it with oil and heat well.
  • Now, on low flame, add two spoons of the whole Batter, spread well, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes, apply ghee to it.
  • After Cheela turns a little golden, turn it to another side and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, your Cheela is ready and transfer it to a plate and cook the next Cheela.
  • Now your Vrat Special Sabudana Cheela is completely Ready, and you can enjoy it with Vrat Special Chutney.

Vrat Sabudana Cheela Recipe – Step By Step

1 – Before making Vrat Special Sabudana aloo Cheela, we will make Vrat special chutney, and for this, take 1/2 cup of thick curd.
