Materials
- 3 tbsp Oil/Ghee
- 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 4 pcs Cloves
- 7-8 pcs Black pepper corns
- 2 pcs Green Cardamom
- 2 pcs Black Cardamom
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 2 whole Chopped Green Chilli
- 12 – 15 pcs Cashew Nuts
- 1 whole Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 whole Tomato
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Corinder Powder
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Boiled Green Peas
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 200 gms Cheese
Instructions
- To make Royal Mughlai Matar Paneer place on on flame add and 3 tbsp of oil and Heat.
- Now add 1 inch of cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 7 to 8 black papper corns, 2 pcs of green cardamom.
- Now add 1 tsp of cumin 1 tsp of coriander seeds, 2 chopped green chilli, 12 to 15 pcs of cashew nuts and mix everything, and roast well on low flame.
- Now add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté for 1 minute.
- Now add – 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste and roast everything well on low medium flame.
- After 1 minute add 3 chopped tomatoes and roast well.
- Now add 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
- Now put the lid on the pan and cook for 2 minutes on a low flame.
- After 2 minutes turn off the flame and let everything cool.
- Now Add the prepared mixture into a jar and make a fine paste.
- Now place a pan on gas and add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of oil and heat.
- Now add 1 bay leaf, ½ tsp of turmeric powder 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, and mix well.
- Now add the prepared paste and mix well on low flame.
- Now add ½ tsp of coriander powder, and cook until it starts releasing oil.
- Now add 1 cup of water and mix well and add salt as per taste.
- Now add 1 cup of boiled green peas.
- Now add 1 tbsp of cream and mix well.
- Now put the lid on it and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Now take 200 grams of cheese and cut into small pieces.
- After 7 to 8 minutes remove the lid and add cheese cubes into it and mix well.
- Now cook until a Boil.
- Now Your Mughlai Matar Paneer is completely ready and you can enjoy it.

Matar Paneer Recipe – Step By Step

9 – After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and let everything cool.
10 – Now, Add the prepared mixture into a jar and make a fine paste.

12 – Now add one bay leaf, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, and mix well.

15 – Now add 1 cup of water and mix well and add salt as per taste.
