Sabudana Ladoo Recipe | How to make Sabudana Ladoo | Sago Laddu Recipe
Materials
- 250 grams Sabudana /Tapioca
- 1/2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Chopped Cashew nuts
- 2 pinch Red Food Color
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make Sabudana Laddu, first take 250 Grams of Small Sabudana/Topica.
- Now wash and soak the Sabudana in water for 3 to 4 hours.
- After 3-4 hours, drain the excess water.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 1/2 tbsp of ghee, and melt.
- Now add ten chopped cashew nuts and fry well for 1 minute.
- Now transfer Cashew Nuts to a plate and keep them aside.
- Now add Sabudana to the pan and roast on low flame until it turns transparent.
- After Sabudana tunes transparent, add 1 cup of sugar and mix well on low flame.
- Now add two pinch red food colors and mix well.
- Now add 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of ghee, mix well, and cook for 1 minute.
- Now add roasted cashew nuts and mix well.
- After the Mix turns thick, turn off the flame and let the Mix cool.
- Now, take a small portion of Ladoo mix and prepare a small Ladoo with it.
- If you want to Make Sabudana Barfi, then take a tray and grease it with oil or ghee.
- Now transfer Mix to the tray and spread well, and Let it set, then you can cut it into small pieces.
- Now your Sabudhana Laddu is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
