This post will show you the simple recipe to make Perfect Rose Syrup at your Home. This recipe is straightforward, and to make a rose syrup with this recipe; you don’t need many ingredients.

  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • १ – Pinch of citric Acid 
  • Sugar – 1/2 kg

Materials

  • 100 grams Rose Petals 
  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 1 Pinch citric acid
  • 1/2 kg Sugar

Instructions

  •  To make Rose syrup take petals of 30 to 40 roses and wash with water, and clean.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add all rose petals to it.
  • Now, into the grinding jar, add 1/2 cup of water and grind well and make a thick paste.
  •  Now, place a pan on low flame, add 1/2 kg of sugar, and add the rose paste.
  • Now add 3/4 cup of water and melt sugar well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until thick.
  • After 5 minutes, add one pinch of citric acid and mix well.
  • Now turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now strain sugar syrup with the help of a sieve.
  • Now your Rose Syrup is completely ready.
  • Now, to make Sharbat with it, take a glass and 2 tbsp of rose syrup and some ice cubes.
  • Now add water and mix well.
  •  Now your Rose/Gulab Sharbat is also ready, and you can enjoy it.
