  • Sugar – 3/4 cup
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp

Materials

  • 2 Riped Mongols
  • 1 Raw Mango
  • 3/4 cup Sugar 
  • 1 tsp Vinegar 

Instructions

  • To make Frroti first take 2 Ripped Mangoes and 1 Raw Mango.
  • Now wash and peel all mangoes.
  • Now deseed the mangoes and cut them into small pieces.
  • Now take a grinding jar and add ripped mango pieces and 3 tbsp of water to it.
  • Now grind mango pieces and make a fine paste.
  • Now transfer Mango Paste to the Bowl.
  • Now again take the Grinding jar and add Raw mango Pieces and 1 tsp of water to it.
  • Now grind and make a fine paste.
  • Naw place a pan on flame and add ripped mango paste and raw mango paste to it.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
  • Now add 3/4 cup of sugar and mix well If your mangoes are less sweet then you can add more sugar.
  • Now stir continuously and cook until it turns transparent.
  • When it starts sticking on the side of the pan, it means that it is cooked well.
  • Now add 1 tsp of vinegar and mix well.
  • Now turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
  • Now place a sieve on a bowl and strain it and add 4 cups of water and mix well.
  • Now your Market-style Frooti is completely ready and you can enjoy it.

Frooti Recipe – Step By Step
