Rose Syrup Recipe | How to make Rose Syrup at Home | Homemade Rose syrup Recipe
Materials
- 100 grams Rose Petals
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Pinch citric acid
- 1/2 kg Sugar
Instructions
- To make Rose syrup take petals of 30 to 40 roses and wash with water, and clean.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add all rose petals to it.
- Now, into the grinding jar, add 1/2 cup of water and grind well and make a thick paste.
- Now, place a pan on low flame, add 1/2 kg of sugar, and add the rose paste.
- Now add 3/4 cup of water and melt sugar well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until thick.
- After 5 minutes, add one pinch of citric acid and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now strain sugar syrup with the help of a sieve.
- Now your Rose Syrup is completely ready.
- Now, to make Sharbat with it, take a glass and 2 tbsp of rose syrup and some ice cubes.
- Now add water and mix well.
- Now your Rose/Gulab Sharbat is also ready, and you can enjoy it.
