लॉकडाउन में समान हो कम मीठा खाने का हो मन तो 1चमच घी तीन चीज़ो से ये मिठाई खर्चा है कम Sabudana Ladoo

Sabudana /Tapioca – 250 gms
Ghee – 1 tsp
Chopped Cashewnuts- 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Red Food Color – 2 pinch
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Wash and soak sabudana for 3-4 hours.
  • Take a strainer and Strain sabudana to remove excess water.
  • Take a kadhai add ghee and melt.
  • Add Chopped Cashewnuts,On low flame roast until golden.
  • After golden transfer and keep aside.
  • In same kadhai add sabudana,Roast on low flame until transparent.
  • After 5 mins sabudana turns translucent and sticky at this stage.
  • Add Sugar and melt.
  • Add Red Food Color and mix well.
  • Add Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Cook until leaves pan and sticky.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool for a while.
  • Add roasted cashewnuts and mix well.
  • Greae hands and prepare ladoos while mix is warm.
  • You can also make it like a burfi.
  • Take a setting plate,grease with ghee,transfer mix and spread.
  • Let it set in room temparature.
  • Motichoor Sabudana Ladoo is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
