Moong Dal Dosa Recipe | How to make Moong Dal Dosa at Home | Healthy Dosa Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Split Green Gram Dal
- 2 tbsp Rice
- 1 Roughly chopped Onion
- 4 pcs Ginger
- 3-4 Green chilli
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 cup Water
- Salt as per taste
- Ghee/Oil
Instructions
- To Make Moong dal dosa, first take 1 cup of split green gram and 2 tbsp of rice.
- Now wash and moong dal and rice and well and soak into water for 4 to 5 hours.
- After 4 to 5 hours, remove the excess water.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add soaked Moong dal into it.
- Now add one roughly chopped onion, four small pieces of ginger, 3-4 green chilli, 3 tbsp of coriander, 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Now add 1/4 cup of water and grind well and make a medium consistency batter.
- Now transfer the batter into a bowl.
- Now add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Now place a Tawa on flame and heat well.
- Now add some drops of oil and grease the Tawa well.
- Now add one full ladle batter on the Tawa, spread well in one direction, and roast on medium flame.
- Now add few drops of oil/gee.
- Now fold it and take it out on a plate.
- Now, follow the same steps and cook the dosa from the remaining batter.
- Now your healthy and testy Moong dal dosa is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
