Lemon Mint Juice Recipe | How to make Lemon Mint Sharbat | Nimbu Pudina Sharbat Recipe
Materials
- 2 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Mint leaves
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Green food colour (optional)
Instructions
- To make Mint/Pudina Sharbat Concentrate first place a pan.
- Now into the pan add 2 cups of water and boil.
- After 2 to 3 boils turn the flame to low and add 3/4 cup of mint leaves and close the lid and boil for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes turn off the flame and let it cool for 25 minutes and don’t remove the lid.
- After 25 minutes remove the lid and remove all mint leaves from the water.
- Now again turn on the flame and into mint water off 1 cup of sugar and boil.
- After sugar melts add 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix well and cook until thick.
- Now turn off the flame and add green food color and mix well and let it cool and after it cools down strain it.
- Now your Mint Concentrate is ready and you can store it fridge and now we will make Sharbat from it.
- Now take a glass and add some ice cubes and add 2 tbsp of concentrate.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of Lemon juice and add Chilled water or Soda.
- Now your Mint Sharbat is ready and you can enjoy it.
