Materials
- resh Curd – 600 ML (for Dalgona)
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Curd – 1 Liter(For Lassi)
- Sugar – 4-5 tbsp
- Milk – 1/2 cup
Dalgona Rose Lassi
- Prepared Lassi – 1 Glass
- Rose essence – 7 drops
- Hung Curd – 1 tbsp
- Rose Syrup – 2 tsp
Dalgona Mango Lassi
- Prepared Lassi – 1 Glass
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Hung curd – 1 tbsp
- Mango Pulp – 2 tsp
Dalgona Pan Lassi
- Prepared Lassi – 1 Glass
- cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Rose essence – 4-5 drops
- Hung Curd – 1 tbsp
- Crushed dry paan – 1 tsp
- Green Food colour – 1 pinch
Dalgona Chocolate Lassi Lassi
- Prepared Lassi – 1 Glass
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Hung curd – 1 tbsp
- Chocolate syrup – 1 tsp
Dalgona Punjabi Kesar Pista Lassi
- Prepared Lassi – 1 Glass
- Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Kesar essence – 3 drops
- Hung curd – 1 tbsp
- Soaked saffron milk
- Chopped Pistachio – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- To make amazing Dalgona Lassi take 600 ml of fresh curd.
- Now, take a bowl, place a strainer on it, transfer the curd into the strainer, and leave it for 1 hour to remove the water.
- After 1-hour, transfer the remaining Hung curd into a bowl.
- Now add 2 tbsp of sugar powder and whisk the curd with the help of a whisker.
- Now, keep the curd in the fridge.
- Now, take another bowl and add 1 kg of curd, 4-5 tbsp of sugar powder, 1/2 cup of milk.
- Now, whisk the curd with the help of a Mathani.
- Now add some ice cubes and whisk again and keep the Lassi aside.
Dalgona Rose Lassi
- To make Dalgona Rose Lassi take a bowl and add 1 Glass of prepared Lassi into it.
- Now add seven drops of rose essence and mix well.
- Now, take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of hung curd, 2 tsp of rose syrup and mix well.
- Now, take a glass and add prepared hung curd mix into it.
- Now add prepared Lassi into the glass.
- Your Dalgona Rose lassi is completely ready.
Dalgona Mango Lassi
- To make Dalgona Mango Lassi take a bowl and add 1 Glass of prepared Lassi into it.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now, take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of hung curd, 2 tsp of mango pulp and mix well.

- Now, take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of hung curd, 1 tsp of crushed dry paan, dried rose petals, 1 pinch of green food colour and mix well.

- To make Dalgona Chocolate Lassi take a bowl and add 1 Glass of prepared Lassi into it.
- Now add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and mix well.
