बिना फरमेंट इतना हेल्दी Tasty इंस्टेंट मूंग दाल डोसा बनाया की सबने बार बार बनवाया – Moong Dal Dosa
INGREDIENTS
Split green gram – 1 cup
Rice – 2 tbsp
Roughly chopped onion- 1
Ginger – 4 small pieces
Green chilly – 3 to 4
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Salt as per taste
oil/ghee as per required
- To make moong dal dosa take split green gram & rice.
- Wash & soak it for 4-5 hours/overnight.
- Strain it.
- Take a grinding jar & transfer to jar.
- Add roughly chopped onion,ginger,green chilly,coriander leaves,cumin seeds.
- You can take 2 tbsp rice flour in place of soaked rice.
- Add Water & grind it.
- Transfer mix into bowl.
- Heat tawa on medium flame.
- Add few drops of oil/ghee & grease it.
- Add ladle full batter & spread on tawa in one direction.
- Remove extra layer of batter.
- Roast on medium flame.
- Apply few drops of oil/ghee.
- Fold it.
- Wipe tawa before making next dosa.
- Pour a ladle full batter & spread it for next dosa.
- Roast on medium flame.
- Apply oil/ghee.
- Fold it.
- Moong dal dosa is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
