Materials

  • 3 tbsp Milk Powder 
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk 
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder 
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/3 tsp cooking oil 
  • 3/4 cup milk 
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 150 grams dark compound chocolate 
  • 1 tsp Butter 
  • Dry fruits, Silver balls for garnishing 

Instructions

  • To make market-style Choco pie, first, take we will make a filling and; To make the filling take 3 tbsp of milk powder.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of condensed milk and mix well, and your filling is ready.
  • Now, take a bowl and place a strainer on it.
  • Now into the strainer, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of sugar powder, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  • Now, sieve everything well into the bowl.
  • Now, add 1/3 cup of cooking oil into the bowl, and little by little, add 3/4 cup of milk and mix well slowly and prepare ribbon consistency batter.
  • Now add 1 tsp of white vinegar and mix well in one direction.
  •  Now, place a pan on flame and grease it with oil.
  • Now, first pour one spoon batter into a medium-hot pan and make sure to use only one spoon to get the exact size of all choco pie and do not spread the batter; it will spread automatically.
  • Now, close the lid and cook for 1 minute until the bubble comes.
  • After 1 minute, check the choco pie, flip them to another side, and cook for 1 minute.
  •  After 1 minute, transfer them to a plate and cook all choco pie with the remaining batter.
  • Now, fill the prepared filling into a plastic bag, close it with a rubber band, and cut the upper part of the cone.
  • Now, take a choco pie and spread the filling on it.
  • Now, place another coco pie on top of it and close it.
  • Now, prepare to add filling on all choco pie and cover with second choco pie.
  • Now, take 15 grams of dark compound chocolate.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, fill one glass of water with it, and boil it.
  •  Now, reduce the flame to low, place a glass or steel bowl on the pan, and make sure the bowl does not touch the water.
  • Now add 150 grams of dark compound chocolate, 1 tsp of butter into a bowl and melt on low flame.
  • After chocolate melts, turn off the flame take out the bowl from the gas.
  • Now, take a choco pie sandwich and dip it into melted chocolate.
  • Now garnish it with crushed cashew.
  • Now dip all choco pie sandwiches into melted chocolate and garnish with any ingredients you like.
  • Now, let set for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, your choco pie is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
